INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AGREEMENT

1. INTRODUCTION

(h) Any use of the Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

5.1 TheBlockchainCoders.com reserves the right to take any and all legal actions against any User who violates the terms of this Agreement.

5.2 In the event of a violation, TheBlockchainCoders.com may pursue any or all of the following remedies:

(a) Immediate termination of your license to access and use the Content;

(b) Seeking monetary damages for intellectual property infringement, business damages, and any other applicable claims;

(d) Filing criminal charges for fraud, copyright infringement, or other applicable offenses;

(e) Pursuing all other available legal remedies under applicable intellectual property rights laws, business protection laws, and anti-fraud laws.

5.3 Legal proceedings may be initiated in the jurisdiction where TheBlockchainCoders.com operates or in the jurisdiction where the User resides, at the sole discretion of TheBlockchainCoders.com.

6. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1 By agreeing to this Agreement, you consent to TheBlockchainCoders.com collecting, using, and processing your personal information for the purposes of:

(a) Investigating potential violations of this Agreement;

(b) Enforcing the terms of this Agreement;

(c) Providing evidence to law enforcement agencies, courts, or other legal authorities in connection with any proceedings related to violations of this Agreement.

6.2 Such personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, IP address, payment information, and records of your interactions with our platform.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheBlockchainCoders.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your violation of this Agreement.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.1 THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THEBLOCKCHAINCODERS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE CONTENT.

10. GOVERNING LAW
